Forgive me if this question was allready asked and correct me if i'm wrong, because i haven't read this board for about a week. OK, here it goes, in ToB you have one extra map and the expension is further played after the BG2 story (??)

But when you started a game without the expension and install this later, can you continue this game with the new special things?

Sure. WHen you almost end the game a final save will be created and I think that you need the final save to play the Throne of Bhaal expansion.

Everything you've ever wanted to know about Throne of Bhaal, you can find right here at Sorcerer's Place: http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG2/tob_features.htm

so you can start a new game ToB with the same experience as the end of BG2, that's great (but maybe in the beginning a little easy)

You start at the ToB part, of course. :) :) :)

Perhaps I am a bit dollwitted here. I didn't find an answer at
http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG2/tob_features.htm

If I Load the final-save does my maincharacter get all of the gifts from hell? (Hence magic resistance etc)
As I can see, the time counter on the final-save is before I begin collecting the tears.

If I reload my own "final save" I'll have to defeat Irenicus one more time before getting ToB started

Check again, I've updated it. Seems I've forgotten to overwrite it with the new version last time I updated. Ooops...

now I read it again, and everytime I see the features of TOB, it always says, new spells like the bigby's hand & wish (wish is not hard to guess) but what the devil is bigby's hand???

I don't play the pen & paper game if it's known to them, and haven't been able to find any info on it, on the net

does anyone know what it does`???

I you want to know about the Bigby's hand thing then, yes, it is from the proper Ad&d game. What this spell does could be a number of things, as in the proper game there are several spells going by this name, and that these spsells do a number of things. The affects can be from a simple giant disembodied hand which prevents anything smaller from a Dragon from getting past, to a flying clenched, disembodied fist pulverising the opponent from a distance

sounds like one mean knockout to me =)

just wondering, if all these powerfull new spells are going to be lvl 9, aren't alot of the existing lvl 9 going to be underpowered? (I think powerword kill seem weak enough allready, caus' of the late entrance and powerfull enemies (lots o' hp), though against a demi-lich I see the potentiel)
