This is my third time through BG2 and I want to take Bohdis side this time. But I am still playing a good party. I had Keldorn and Mazzy in my party. They immediatly left the party when I agreed to side with her. After coming back out of the crypts, I see Mazzy and Keldorn nearby. Mazzy would not initiate dialog and then dissapeared. Keldorn gave the same responses as if you just found him again after his family quest. He says "good news ..." and I was able to have him rejoin. But this looks a lot like a game bug with Keldorn. I do not feel comfortable about keeping Keldorn via a 'bug'. He may dissapear sometime. I assume I will have to look for Mazzy in Trademeet.

Can you normally get Keldorn and Mazzy back into your party while doing the Bohdi quest? If not, will they rejoin at the end so I can take them to Spellhold? Could I kick them out just before siding with Biohdi then have them rejoin right after? The game seems to only break partys at transition points, like only when your reputation changes. So that tactic may work. (yea kinda cheezy I know)

Kick them out and let them join again after you agreed to work for Bhodi. I don't think there's a way to get them back if they were around while you made the deal. They leave in disgust and stay away for good. They told you so and their lawful, so it's rather reasonable to expect that they would do as they told you.

I don't think it's cheesy to kick them out and join afterwards. Say your resourceful bard, ruse is your business and you are as cunning as a fox. Why wouldn't you trick them into staying with you. Do Bhodi's work and keep those who might be disturbed by it in pleasant obscurity. Ignorance is bliss.

I used that strategy: just after they left, before the movie kicks in, I talked to both of them and they re-joined. Also works if kicking them out of the party at the graveyard before talking to Bodhi.
