I have a serious problem with my characters.
Because they can't carry certain weapons, like scimitars, two-handed swords and more.
If i wan't them to give these, the game crashes.
I do have mods installed, but there are so many i can't name them all.

These weapons may be ones that the character class cannot use. You might have a mod that allows these classes to use weapons they cannot. My advice is to restrict equiping weapons to only those allowed in the ruleset.

Well, lets put it this way.
Paladins, rangers and fighters should normally have the option to carry two-handed swords.
Scimitars should normally be carried by anyone being allowed to.
But now they don't, can it be one of my mods is not good?
Pls tell me if there is a mod which has these problems.

O.k. That sounds like you have a mod conflict. Since you say you have so many, I'm not sure where your problems lie.

When you say "carry," do you mean "equip," or just "have in inventory"? Do you get an error message? If so, what is it?

If you mean "equip" (that is, put in their hands and perhaps use in battle), it may be that you have a corrupted/lost graphics file. When the game tries to display the graphic of your character walking around with, say, a two-handed sword, if the graphic is corrupted/lost it can crash. If this is problem, the only fix I know is to reinstall the game, but perhaps someone else has other ideas.

I can't equip them, but now i am encountering even more problems.
I'm still in Irenicus Dungeon, and now i can't identified Bracers of defense, and a helm.
But i fear there will be more to come.
