WHY...

I hate the fact that the people you wish to talk to ALWAYS give this msg, I have tried almost anything and the only thing that seems to help the least is to exit a house and enter again some times.
my question is, HOW do I make them speak with me without haveing to walk 800 miles just so that I can exit and then enter again and walk back??
there must be some other way to get into a conversation with these people

You just need to update it to the newest version. It should be in SP's download under misc.
