First of all, a blade would be able to use this ability and make his bard song actually useful right? Also, what it says in the manual is: "the song gives the bard himself a 10 point bonus to his AC and 10% magic resistance...song also gives allies -4 to hit, -4 to damage, -4 to AC, immunity to fear, stun, and confusion. -5% magic resistance and immunity to normal weapons. For clarification, does it mean a +4 to hit and damage? it wouldnt make sense if it were negative, but thats what the manual says. And -5% resistance means +5% to the player. Are there problems in the description, or is that what actually happens?

Yep, all bard kits (even Jester) get completely new son when they choose this HLA.

Well it's obvious that if you bard sings you wont get penalities from it, only bonuses.

10 point bonus to his AC thats normal - bonus.

For other bonuses it is written rather strange  except AC. But actualy it gives you +4 to damage and THAC0.
