I have a problem with SoA and ToB discs in my brandnew dvd-rom drive:

I can install the full program from my :grr: original cd's :grr: without any problems but when I try to execute it from my dvd-rom I get the report "software protection error" and I cannot execute the game :flaming:

EDIT: Well, I found the solution myself (having posted this a liitle quick) :hahaerr:

There was a note on it in the Bioware troubleshooting guide, here:

the note also includes a link to the download page for a patch to fix the problem. Why do they always need a bugfix ??? :hmm:
