Are there any other areas or events that will pemanatly raise/lower your stats besides the Machine of Lum the Mad, in Watchers Keep?

In short, no. :p

No unfortuantly not anymore in Watchers keep. Nor are there anymore in the rest of the game.....think about it those who have taken a character from the first game will get tpo powerful with even more stat bonuses

I think there is also a card in the Deck of Many Things that will raise one of your stats depending on your class.

What do you mean by "not anymore in Watchers Keep" Sir Dargon?

I think what is meant is "not any more" as in, no other stat boosters.
