Surely when you meet that mad mage who makes all those eyes and you can get those petrifies goons to kill a gauth. That really made me laugh and remember the original BG fondly.

It's also quite funny in the Priest of Talos stonghold when you deceive all those innocent people who come to ask for help.

I also find that Beholder from the underdark quite funny (he who crops up again in Sendai's lair).

The NPC dialogue is covered extensively elsewhere, I mean actual in-game scenarios.
