Ive heard that you can get help from the paladins now to get to spellhold cause if you are a good character it wouldnt make sense to ask the help of the shadow thieves or bodhi, is it true?

ok this um message should be in the baldurs gate shadows of amn section but hey i beat shadows of amn great ending too hehe um no the paladins will help u later in the game way way later but if i was u i would chose the shadow theives to help u get to spellhold man and the paladins cant help u get to spellhold but later in the game they will help u with an important quest in the grave yard but i wont spoil it for you. oh and btw get a hack to break the exp cap for shadows of amn man cause i was only able to get my paladin to 17th lvl i could of got him to 28 to 30 man but still havnt yet it will be real usefull to have a 25th or even 30th lvl character when u get throne of bhaal infact .

I have ToB, I just heard they were implementing a new possibility to chapter3

I had heard of people recruiting the Paladins in SoA, so I don't think that's different in ToB... But why recruit anyone at all? By that point, Vampires should be a walk in the park...

I think Kevlar that the business with joining the paladins in chapter 3 is a hoax. With ToB installed both my brother's game and my game played through normally through chapters 2 and 3 with no hint of siding with the Paladins. Help from them is still limited to chapter 6 if you so choose but nothing new has been added on in those earlier chapters.

I'm going to have to agree with Big B here. I'm playing through SoA with ToB installed too. There don't seem to be any new paladin-related quests, at least not for my Chaotic Neutral Elven Sorcerer. Though it is obviously possible that the quests are limited to a paladin and/or Lawful Good character, I would have thought such an addition to be presented prominently in the released information from Black Isle.
