I'm trying to make a ridiculously powerful spellcaster in ShadowKeeper, someone who's more worthy of being called a Bhaalspawn IMO. Before you ask, I've played the game through before (quite a long time ago, though), so this shouldn't spoil anything for me.
So far, the only thing my character's missing, is casting spells without interruption, like with the beforementioned spell. Does anyone have an idea on how to implement it?
Thanks in advance for any info.
edit: Sorry for inserting this in the wrong direction then.

I don't think it is possible

Then how i.e. Beholders do it? Is it hardcoded?

Well, it either is possible, or someone was bragging on another forum when telling that they accomplished such a feat. I didn't get any response there yet, so I tried here, because of the sheer size of sorcerers.net.

Beholders do not use Improved Alacrity, as all their spells are used as abilities, rather than as cast spells.

You could export Improved Alacrity with SK and use Infinity Engine Editor Pro or something alike to edit the effects to last permanently

Sounds good, I'll try if I can get that to work. Thanks!
If anyone got any other ideas, please post on. The guy bragging about making Imp. Al. permanent, said he made it as an affect in SK. He didn't give me any details, though.

Four words...Stuff of the Magi.
You should be able to find it in the mods section on SP itself. The boots in that mod give you permanent Improved Alacrity. Of course...you will have to CLUA them in, unless you beat Kangaxx legitly.
Atleast...that's the easy way of doing it.

Thanks for the tip- I'm looking for the mod right now.
edit: I got the item to work, and I'm quite satisfied. Implimenting Imp. Al. as an affect would be even better, but I'm not complaining.
