Well I'm in the temple I've taken out Tazok and the horrors but Sarevok won't show up. I've gone all over the temple and can't find him. Any hints

That's odd. His toadies should have been Tazok, Angelo, and a couple of mages. Tazok and Angelo were the bashful one's when I played this scenario. Sarevok was always willing to come out and play.

I don't remember fighting any horrors though (battle horrors?).

Sarevok should be at the very back of the temple atop the raised dais area. There should probably still be a "fog of war" zone still in place. If not, and Sarevok isn't visible...might be a glitch, but can't be sure.

Try reloading from the final save and fight the battle again. I re-fought this battle about a dozen times, trying out different tactics. It's good experience.

Yeah thier battle horrors and if you walk along the right wall you'll run into 2 battle horrors. I've also only run into tazok and walked around the entire temple and that's it. Nothing else has come to battle me.

You must have scared them away. You know, in every 100 games or so there is a special one where Sarevok is a bit chicky and leaves before the battle.
OK, seriously, I've never heard of it before. Try leaving the whole area and coming back later or maybe install the patch if you don't have it already. Well, it may be a waste of time but try reloading a position before entering the Temple and see what happens.

Yeah he's probably just afraid. But I'll try leaving the area and going back. Other than that I have no idea The only thug I battled was Tazok, Angelo didn't even show up. All I know is that I am completely baffled.

No wonder you can't find Sarevok there 'cause he has left for TOB now. :D
