Well I can make Tarsom a regular of sorts. I'll make sure Tarsom gets a nights rest at the inn on his go betweens from adventure to adventure. Having some "interesting" locals might spice it up a bit as well.

No problem, I like the idea. Besides the fact I have nothing to do on this Boards O' Magick dealie. Just keep it interesting. Maybe even throw in some adventures or something for TarCar (Tarsom Carsomyr), such as word of a goblin stronghold or something. We could really get something good going here.

oooo good idea i will put up some mercinary hire posters for different missions and when people walk in they can ask about them and i will give them the mission and when they return i will give them the money

but i will make another forum or something for the missions so it will make more sense

That sounds great. I think you should just mnake sure to use 3rd edition rules and if you are the dice roller (wont you have to be) you fairly roll the dice (for combat and skill checks and stuff). I am sure you could put in some home rules to make it easier to do combat, but I am totally for it.

I like the idea to, even though i've only just joined in it. The idea for the mercenaries would work well. But as any proper rolepayer would know you do need some action, and more characters than just Uthas. try putting in some adventures, or maybe the town that the tavern/bar/inn is situated in will come under siege, just and idea.

that would be the ideal situation exept i dont get on my computor much nor do i know anything about dungon and dragons rules if i got some help running it i would love to do it though

Hmm, interesting, I remember the tavern of Infinity (old topic by Shura, check it out in the Creativity Surge forum), and the main criticism of it I heard was that there was too much fighting and not enough character development. Maybe we could do with a pure tavern. Just a thought.
