Does anyone recall an adventuring group in the southern-most hotel in the district and this seperate group who's house is towards the east?

I was wondering if these people are part of some quests that I'm not aware about, or should I just kill them outright?

I don't mean to be tidious, but the reason I have hesitated on killing them is so I don't mess up any potential future quests.

Yes, they're part of the Limited Wish quest IIRC.

Captain Dennis and his gang are part of the limited wish quest.

The gang in the house (X:4000 Y:1510) in the northeastern part of the Bridge District - Valeria (12k xp), Falahar (12k xp), Dracandros (8k xp) and Pitre (6k xp) - are not part of any quest.
