Is it possible to eventually get a description of the various wards? I know there is the divide between West Phlan (Good) and East Phlan (Evil). When looking closer, what kind of feel does say, Kuto Ward have, or Mage Ward (besides the obvious)?

Harbour Ward: Docks, Town Hall, Temples
Scholar's Ward: Library, students, sages
Textile Ward: Cardorna Textile House, clothing shops
Kuto Ward: many small shops, slums, Kuto's Well, Poldol Plaza (market)
Mage Ward: Denlor's (mage) Tower, magic shops, Stojanow Gate
River Ward: many delapidated small houses
Kovel Ward: many delapidated large houses

Each ward elects 1 councillor, + 1 each representing church, militia and adventurers guild make up council of 10. They elect the mayor.
