Hello,

A few days ago while testing on Phlan I killed someone(I think it was Erran). I would like to apologize for the inconvenience, it was a complete accident. I hit the wrong button on the radial menu.

I actually thought I had been attacked myself until I read the log of the fight. I really am sorry and after being newly spawned, a rogue, and weaponless, I hope you see that I was in no way really trying to kill whoever I mistakenly attacked.

As I spawn in it says 'erran arrived as player', since you frequent the ALFA boards you should know who Erran is by now. I find your 'accidental click on the radial' a bit of a stretch. Since I was not hostile and only got as far as "Hello there.." you needed to click on attack and on my avatar. Only an unarmed rogue? Must have been a lucky blow to take out my AC23 avatar in one hit.

Be aware, when you play on my server you are my guest. ALFA will not tolerate PKing without a valid in-game reason. We can erase your characters, ban you by CD and/or name and/or IP and boot you before you can say 'fukav'.

That been said, I will accept your apology, give you the benefit of the doubt, shake cybernetic hands and move on. Maybe next time you visit Phlan you'd like to help us to check out some portals?

First of all, thank you for replying.

Secondly, I was halfway through an argumentative reply when I realized thats not what I came here for, I came to apologize for a mistake. I have no evidence that this was a mistake besides my word, and the fact that common sense dictates that an unarmed level 1 rogue, much less a self-respecting RPer, would never attack a person for no reason.

So I would like to apologize once again for what happened, and thank you for your time. I realize that as a DM faced with grief players probably very frequently, and with the PKing situtation recently on your server, that it is probably hard to take someone's word about an event such as this.

Thank you for taking the time to listen, and good luck with Phlan, its a nice server.

BTW I do know who you are, and I wasn't sure if it was you I killed are not, I only saw 'Erran logs on as a DM' or something to that effect before I was booted.

Like I said, apology accepted. I have moved on. There's much to do - and so little time!

Not only that, Extremist, but the most powerfull artefact in the game, the DM's wand, can be pick-pocketed! However, this has (cough) consequences. Ask my friend, the toad. ;)
