I haven't been able to determine if a higher level monk taking Stunning Attacks Feat does anything?

Same with Improved Critical (do monk's fist do critical damage)?

Also, does Dash work, since the monk gets higher movement rate?

Finally, a non-Feat question: I have heard that if a Monk takes a 2nd class with BAB +1 then they will lose thier "extra" attacks. Even if they are unarmed. Is this correct?

Unfortunately, I have never taken more than one monk level ever (must try it sometime), so all I can answer for you is: Yes, taking +1 BAB does limit your extra attcaks.
