AFAIK Tal already posted Bodhi and Irenicus, I already sent the Korgan to him, so it will take some time. I am currently refining Isair and Madae (she is such a *****), Malavon and Oswald Fiddlebender. I have already got the sets for Xan (BG1) Saemon Havarian and Gaelen Bayle. Just need to get around to sending them.

I hope that Tal does not beat me up for all this.

Heh, then we wait Tal to post [something like this] whare to find them :) Because in Icewind Dale 2 is nothing..... at least i think so :D

I snagged the the Haer'Dalis soundset recently and I swear I saw the Irenicus soundset there. BTW nice work on that one Khazraj. The set fits well with my Ranger 1/Rogue 3/ Bard x character I'm currently playing.

Isair!!! Sweet, that's one I'll use for sure. His voice is awesome. It makes me laugh everytime I hear it, but that voice rocks. I need to find out who did the voice acting on that.... possibly some of Jim Cummings fine work?

Anyway looking foward to the Isair soundset!!!

Xan sounds are simply ripped straight from BG1, but I can't guarrantee that you will ever get it because...

I'm intersted in making my own, but not 100% sure how to go about it.

I was using the Haer'Dalis soundset for a solo charcater I mentioned above, but I gave that up because I already used a similar character in a 4 person party. Basicaly it got boring. So I'm working out a new solo character in my head, and Isair's voice would be perfect for what I have in mind. That brings me to my point. I'd like to know how to create my own soundsets. I don't want to wait for that Isair's soundset to be sent in, and I also don't want to put pressure on Khazraj to send it in ASAP (like he would rush for little old me or anyone else for that matter. I sure the hell wouldn't).

So any links, info, or tips on the subject are welcome. I can always do a search to find info, I am very capable of learning on my own. But I always enjoy hearing from exprienced folk(s). You can always find out little hints and whatnots from them.

and scroll to the last post where I explained it for another friend on the forums. You will need some free time though.

Also, as you are aware, there is far less recorded dialog in IWD2 than BG1 or 2. So that makes the only possible soundsets from IWD2, Isair and Madae, Oswald, Lord Ulbrec and Malavon. If you really pushed the limits of good soundsets you could make a very mediocre one for Sherincal. Otherwise there are simply no other files to play with. Most of the stuff that I got for these soundsets comes from recorded dialogs from BG2.

I am literally millimetres away from finishing the Isair soundset. If you let me do a last tweak which would take half an hour and then send it to Tal, then when he next updates the site, hopefully it will be there. It would probably take you longer to do it yourself if you are not "in the know", not that it is hard, just tedious and takes time.

In fact I just sent the Isair soundset to Tal. ;)

Guys! Don't give me "credit" for the soundsets, you should be thanking Tal ;) for actually hosting them on SP and besides, I only rip and rename, it's not as if I actually make anything...

That is Minsc. I hate Minsc. He pissed me off so much in BG2. But since it won't really be Minsc if it used in IWD2, I'll do it. Just gimme some time, since I'll be quite busy for about 2-3 weeks and then it depends when Tal can put it up on the site....

I just do hate him. I don't like a lot of characters in BG2, but who cares? As I said, it won't "be Minsc" if I make a soundset for him, just the voice, minus the lamely stupid personality.

btw, I like Jan Jansen, because it's Dutch!

Khazraj thanks for the info. I'll mess around and figure out how to make soundsets just for kicks once I get some free time.

I just got email from Tal and he says that the sets that I sent will be around soon, so check it out after the next few site updates. If you need more help Thorongil then please ask.

I have just completed a new soundset for Brother Poquelin (Balhifet) from IWD 1 and IMO it is really good. (Big file because it has it all!)

I am currently looking at Kresselack, Hrothgar, Yxonumei and Arundel from IWD1. I have finished Hjollder the barbarian shaman. Nice for a cleric of Tempus.

I sent Xan, Korgan, Isair and Madae to Tal recently.

Look out for Melissan and others from BG2 and TOB.

As for Minsc, he is now a valid option as I have already extracted the files. (I won't ever use it, but if you want it, look out early next year...)

About Isair's voice actor, I think I recognized who he is. He's that crazy surgeon who plucks out the eyes of Tom Cruise in the movie Minority Report. I've seen him in other movies too, has a very strong eastern eurpoean (I think) type of accent, and a great voice.
