how do i put portaits in my game i cant find a portraits directory

Make a directory called "Portraits" in the game's install dir and put them in there.

BTW, what is the exact size of IWD2 portraits?

I think its:
Large -210 x 330
Small - 42 x 42

i tried to put a portraits directory but it still didnt work

What didn't work? After you have them in there you need to pick them from your character panel in the game itself.
