Hrmf.
I can only seem to get 4 of the 6 parts that I need to put on top of the temple.
I have searched everywhere, and lots of time, I came up with nothing.

Can anyone please help me?

Edit: There are two pilars in the jungle that I cannot pickup, when I point them with my mouse i get a question mark.

There are 5, not 6 pillars, four of which you find outside. The fifth one is inside, in the bottom right corner. You'll have to use some devices to get to it.
