Thanks Taluntain Thu, 12th Jun '03, 1:13pm Plenty of guides, but none on how to use the game's controls and similar. The only place where you'll find that info is in the game's manual. You can order a new one at the game's publisher for your country, or directly from Interplay. Of course, considering your location it's much more likely you have a warez copy which, of course, didn't come with a manual... Tough luck in this case then. Harkle Thu, 12th Jun '03, 9:54pm You can download manuals from Interplay's site http://www.interplay.com/support/membership/manuals.aspx Edit: thanks for correction Tal. I've checked the guide on CD only once, so I remembered wrong. And what you get on the CD is only the spells guide, not the full manual. That's what's there on my CD, anyway. danrand Fri, 13th Jun '03, 3:14pm Thanks guys. I'm currently downloading the manual. Incidentally Taluntain added "considering your location " - where does it state my location as? Quicho Fri, 13th Jun '03, 3:24pm Thought about tracking through IP ? We all know it is possible. We all know almost everybody can "lie" with his IP. Arutha Fri, 13th Jun '03, 4:40pm By the way, a question about the manuals: does the US version ship with the spell guide? The French version didn't, you only get it on the CD. Feels like a rip-off, especially since printing it with all that greyish background would deal a serious blow to the ink cartridge. Taluntain Sat, 14th Jun '03, 12:14am Your location can be looked up via your IP. I use this method in suspicious circumstances. Such as when people "lose" their manuals and come asking for them here without any visible information about them in their profile. |
