I'm experimenting with what to include in my IWD2 party for the time being. I'm toying with the idea of an elven ranger/wizard. So I have a few questions.

As per 3rd Ed rules, what is the Elven Chain's A.C. penalty for dexterity checks?

As per the sames rules, what is the arcane spell failure chance?

Does having magically enhanced Elven Chain, e.g. +2 or +3 and so on, reduce these penalties?

Any insights would be welcome.

I'm in chapter 5 and haven't seen any Elven Chain Mail yet. It might have been in something I missed but it is not as readily available as it was in Baldurs Gate 2. Hell, half my party is still using armor like Studded Leather +2.
