In the ice palace Chapter 2, after talked to Xhaan, the Abishai leader, I chosed to rest until the ritual.. then finished Lysara off.

However after clearing all Lysara's minions (except the Abishais), I went out, rested and enter again. From what Xhaan told me, they rage and attack only when they smell blood. But strangely, now they attack me regardless my health is full or not.

Just want to know is there any way to cool them off? And in this case, if I kill the demon will this cure them?

yup, finish the demon first... they attack u coz they hear strange voices compelling them...

It is a bit odd that they are attacking you even at full health, but the best bet would be to do as the above poster says and finish off the demon in the altar. As long as Xhaan isn't hostile, you should have no problems with the quest completion.

Did you attack them earlier, like maybe when they attacked you? If so, that may be the cause of your problems.

When I first entered with some party members wounded, I was attacked by all the white abishai except Xhaan. I agreed to help Xhaan but had to kill all the rest. Got some experience points for my trouble :p

Later, after I finished off the demon, I spoke to Xhaan who thanked me and left, alone. Got me some more experience points for that too :D

Looks like all you need to finish the quest is to leave Xhaan alive.

i think this is a bug.

I just finished off the demon from the altar.. Then I got back to the dias. Who knows among the Abishais, 3 ~ 4 of them became friendly (blue circle), but that Xhaan still hostile!!

I've made sure that I didn't touch them even i fought with Lysara! Seems that I could never finish this quest!

Another possibility is if you have a Paladin in your party. Just enter the room with a non Paladin character and you shouldn't get attacked.
