How much does day blindness affect drow characters? Will taking the blind-fighting feat lessen the effects? Does it matter? My Drow wizard seems to hit pretty well with her bow and spells even in daylight...

From what I remember you get a -1 penalty to skills attack rolls (and saves too I think) that's pretty much everything they have used, In pnp Dnd after being exposed to the daylight for 3 or more days you would loose all your spell like abilities as well as the spell resistance but that doesn't apply here. No the blind-fight feat doesn't help

Truthfully, it won't make a difference. My wizard has no problems at all in daylight no matter what he is equipped with, and that's just starting out. Later on, I imagine it will matter less.

It really doesn't affect you at all (well, it does, but you don't really notice a difference). Not a real big deal.
