I tried to kill Isair and Madae two times so far, never got even near doing that. My fighters have +5 weapons, and the only way to hurt them is with 8th or 9th lvl spells (horrid wilting). And those summoned monsters annoy the hell out of me when I run out of Dismissal spells.
How to kill Isair and his lovely sister?

(I know I'll do it eventually, but I should be studying... Not enough time... :( )

I was never able to get Madae less than barely injured. Isair was the one I chose to attack. You only have to kill one of them. Problem is Isair improved invis's right away so you have to make him see-able for you can beat on him.

When you bring one of them to hurt status they teleport to the fountain room. If the fountain isn't tainted they heal back to full life. If the fountain is tainted then they stay at the same life.

Before you can move on to the fountain room, after getting one of them to hurt status, you have to kill everything else in the room including the summoned creatures.

My recommendation would be to kill the mage right behind the twins first since he summons a good number of monsters. After that, make Isair visable. Then put all your melee on him. Have your casters try and occupy all the extras in the room. If you helped the monks, they will help you control the extras in the final fight.

Thanks, I'll try it. The problem is that I got to the meeting with the half-dragons way to early, killed them, saved, and now the idiotic mage won't let me get back downstairs. He teleports me there and I'm screwed.

HAHAHAHAH!!!!! I killed the stupid twins!!! And this is one of the hardest battles in IWD and BG series!

Congrats. Yeah it definately is one of the tougher fights in the BG/IWD series. The ending of IWD 1 was so weak all I had to do was haste my party and bum-rush the boss. This battle actually made me use some strategy.
