I finally defeated those twisted twins with my somewhat normal group of 5.

I wondered what it would be like to rollplay a good-ish group that hated magic--priest/druid stuff was ok, but magic is from the devil.

Yes, this group is not too smart. And they are all very short. They are known as "The Anklebiters" around Targus.

In general, they are disapproving of multiclassing. They are not smart enough to think of it as an option until they gain some levels.

I'm using the Weimer mods except turning Holy Sword into Greatsword.

I'd appreciate any comments.

If you like chanllenge I don't see why this party could not make it. OKay Having a Wiz or a Sor HELP A LOT but still it isn't IMPOSSIBLE but rather VERY THOUGH to finish well in the later chap 'cause a goblin will and will always be that weak creature we all know, what I mean is killing a goblin with a swing of that sword or a magic missile is still the same, but killing an army of 18 Giant with a Fire ball is quicker than slashing 'em to death (or bluting or Piercing) but still isn't IMPOSIBLE. One last thing you say that yer group Loath Multiclassing but a lot of 'em will multiclass? :p

My first group almost fit your qualifications. It had no sorcerer or mage, but it did have a bard.

DM, I dropped the Ranger. Now I'm down to 5. And the dual from Priest of Tempest to fighter is natural, even for a dope like her. "Scroll, mace, what's the difference?!"

I am so used to the malison/slow/chaos combo for large melee groups. And skull traps--ohh, how I love thee.

Summoning will now be the only way to keep those large groups in check.

hmm an interesting concept... i'd like to hear the outcome of the not-so-intelligent ones...
