I don't know if anyone has found this before.

Make a non-Human Monk and when you have to chose your feat add 1 to toughness or anything with more than 3 slots, then remove that feat point from toughness and you will notice that you know have 2 feat points!

Worked for me... Im not going to exploit the bug btw, I never cheat.

Are you using the latest patch?

He is not. This bug was fixed with the patch 2.01.
