In the level of the glacier there are some enemies called Doom guards, and all i can see of them is a shield a sword and a helmet, they are suppossed to be invisible or it's just a bug.

No, that is how they are supposed to look. No "body", just head and hands with a weapon.

They also appear if you threaten that priestess at the begining and tell her you will keep her moonblade she teleports off and then you meet her later and she attacks you with some "warriors of virtue" who are only a helmet and a sword
