Xvim Fight
I've been nuked by him twice, but I decide to get really smart. I work it so I summon a earth elemental, hasted, and improved invis.--after I beat up his demons--that'll fix 'em, I say.

Well, it did. That little bit enabled me to kill him.

However, he killed my druid. After the fight, I Raise Dead. She stands up with one point. She is not protected by evil.

She is almost instantly killed by the earth elemental, who makes her into druid chunks, convenient for dipping.

:shake: Unlucky you. I never summon demons or elementals because I can not control them.
However, I once encountered such a situation.
After a great battle (Shangarne Bridge Battle, I guess.), I was casting "Mass Heal". Right after the spell ends, my dwarf barbarian rolled 1 on fortitude save and killed by my festering drowned dead's aura.
I played the whole area once more.

On topic, the main way I die stupidly is forgetting to pause, in any game.

Most Common thing EVER. My solo tank, good ar, ring or magic resist, Kicking weapon + High Level Magic Casting Enemy + Dire Charm = Half Dead Party, Until Dire wore off.. Then it got worse.. That's why i always have one item to get them Immune to Dire Charm, Cause it's a Killer..

Hmm...

I recall one time i was fighting Sherincal outside the ice temple... She was standing on top of those anoying stairs u cant walk on, and instead of shooting at her i set my archers to shoot at the lever so i could get my thanks up there... Half my party died before i got there :D

Pink Sheep Deluxe:The same thing happened to me, and after my 3rd fight i could understand that they were shooting levers :p

Probably the stupidest thing I've done, is not pay enough attention, so that when my mage uses up all of his sling bullets, he charges into h-t-h combat with his bare hands. Needless to say, he didn't last very long.

My sorcerer cast horrid wilting. My wizard cast meteor swarm. Didn't check the range properly, stood too close to the spell range, ended up dying due to overkill from the 2 spells (and 2 delayed blast fireballs triggered ahead by enemies....).

Casting Chainlightning with three mages at my cleric instead of the dragon. He was standing right next to the wyrm, and in between all the summons I really though I had clicked on the Dragon :)

Walked into that Abishai Den in the Ice Temple without being fully healed. Thought I was gonna talk to Xhaan (or whatever his name is). Turned to look at something on the TV and turned back to see the load a game screen.

In Chapter 3, while my Paladin was working on the boulder puzzle, my Monk was in an unfortunate downhill position. Flatten him sooner than my Paladin could say Assimar.
