I would like to read the manual, i think that could improve my knowledge of the game.
Anybody knows where i can find or download it.

I found one in the box that the game came in. If you didn't, you might want to complain to whoever you bought it from. They'll probably exchange it.

And reading the manual would be very helpful if you are not a hardcore 3e D&D player already.

To but actually the game i also a way to solve this little problem of yours...
Or buy the players guide for the dnd roleplaying game. Then you will understand EVERYTHING.
