Where can I find the Lost Followers and the ghost of Mother Egenia? Maybe I killed them when fighting the undead that came charging at me?

Mother Engia is in a ruined house just West of the guard tower (the map area thats west of Kuldehar). She will only appear at night.

You can only find the Lost Followers at the very end of Chapter 5, after you return from Dragon's Eye with the symbol to summon the Holy Avenger. Once you have that in your inventory, they'll appear as soon as you click on the appropriate grave in the cemetery.

Mother Engelia will only appear at night, and only after you have removed all undead (expect the Lost Followers) from the Kuldahar Valley and Hrothgar's Glen area. So, after you clear out the glen of the Banite and his followers go to Mother Engelia's house at night and there she is...

Make sure you talk to Nathaniel after you have laid her to rest to collect more XP.
