The lame manual does not state anywhere how many skill points are given by class at level 1. I know that INT affects it, but what does each class get? Anyone got the answers?

View Full Version : Starting skill points? Khazraj Sun, 3rd Nov '02, 5:52am The lame manual does not state anywhere how many skill points are given by class at level 1. Sylvan Sun, 3rd Nov '02, 9:46am Classes get the following starting skill points: Rogue = 4 Barbarian, Bard, Druid, Monk, Ranger, Sorcerer = 2 Cleric, Fighter, Paladin, Wizard = 1 You then add the Int modifier to the base score and then multiply by four. ;) For Example: Barbarian (2 + Int Mod) x 4 = starting skill points. Khazraj Mon, 4th Nov '02, 11:56am Thanks for that Sylvan. Did you get that from an official DND book? I just can't understand why the manual could not include this... Sylvan Tue, 5th Nov '02, 12:56am I found it on one of the many Icewind Dale 2 websites a month or two before the game arrived in New Zealand. |
