How? how do you multiclass? in char creation i dont see a multiclass option and in the char screen once the game is created, even if the char is a human, i dont see a dual class option. how does this work then? thanx

Multiclassing decisions happen each time you level up i.e. you decide what you want your next level to be. Hence the multi-classing options are significantly more varied and complex than in Baldur's Gate which can make for some very interesting characters.

You can mix whatever you want unless it's restricted for some particular reasons. The manual covers it pretty well.
