I chose weapon finess as a feat for my rogue, but it is not giving him a damage bonus even though his DEX is 20. It says the "choses weapon" gets a bonus, but I can't find anywhere to choose a weapon. Help Please!

What weapon is your rogue using? Only small blades receive the benefit from weapon finesse, as I recall.

Short sword.

Only your Strength modifier affects your damage. Weapon Finesse allows you to use your Dexterity modifier on your melee attack bonus only (with certain weapons).
