I tend to use my own custom portraits and soundsets. I think that most of the protraits are quite mediocre so I use others. The sound sets are all ok but I can't help using others. Besides when I make a copy BG2 party it sort of makes sense to look and sound right.

Curiousity is killing me (as a cat!). Have you downloaded any of the soundsets for IWD2 available on SP?

Only weimer's mod to liven up the Targos attack at the start. Also my own soundsets.

Your soundsets have been downloaded by hundreds of people, Khazraj. (I checked the server logs some time ago.)

I find IWD to have very good portraits and soundsets, unlike Baldur's gate, so I have little problem in that aspect.

As for mods, well...nothing has yet attracted my attention.

Gopher.

Your soundsets are your own work? Can you describe some of them? I like to try out groovy stuff.

Yeah, if they're any good, spin some those soundsets wide, so we can check them out. I quite like using new soundsets because I don't like having more than one character with the same voice.

As a rule I don't use mods that serve to reduce game difficulty at no cost. I understand that people might need them, but from my point of view, they haven't finished the game if they only have finished it with such addons. However, when you play the game n-th time it doesn't really matter all that much.

As far as new adventures go, I haven't gone through any mod in any game yet. I just haven't found anything that would capture my attention. I also prefer adding to changing.

Strange as it seems, I've spent some time making custom items, kits etc. Sort of despite my above mentioned convictions I even intended to make some minor adventure mods or roleplaying fixes, but my knowledge of Weidu isn't more than you need for making kits and soon I'll be into Warcraft III and NWN scenarios for good, so I don't quite see reasons for learning IE area editing etc even though I have done quite a lot of non-technical work for 2 NPC, one NPC extension and several banters.
