I have obtained the Ice necklace that is supposed to open all the doors. And am able to unlock all of the doors, except the last one that (according to the walkthroughs) should grant me access to the Rhemoraz Queen and save Zach. Whenever I place the cursor over the remaining door, the No symbol appears (circle with a line through it). Can't figure out what to do .. any ideas?

You cannot pass through the door. You have to go the other way around to the back of it. The door will open once you save Zack (i believe his name is Zack).

I'm not sure what the co-ordinates are for the door thats giving me trouble (or how to find out) but, I'll try and explain anyway.
There is the door that the Lock Master comes out of (the southern most door, closest to entrance) which leads to a door that cannot be moved because there is "something keeping it from opening enough to squeeze through". That is not my problem, my problem is with the door directly north of that hallway. It will not open, and is the only door on this map i can not open. I do have the Ice Necklace thing. All that appears is a No Symbol (zero with a line through it).

You say this is the only door on the map that you haven't been able to open but have you explored all of the map leaving little to no blacked over parts? I ask because if you had you would have to have circumvented this door and I doubt this happened because it would give you an advantage in way you're not supposed to have. I could be wrong but I think your problem can be solved if you find the room with the frozen Neverwinter Soldiers. Hit Alt and notice the skinny levers above that highlight, find the long way around to this area and use the levers and something happens to help you. However if you've already done this I'm curious about how you cleared the area.

There was a bug in the game or something wonky

I restarted Chapter 2 on a LAN with some friends and the door opened with the ice necklace just like it is supposed to ... i must have tripped some strange bug or something.

Oh well ... all better ... hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
