I need help openeing the shadow door on level 2 of the ice fortress. I hit it with the ice bolt from machine,but it is still locked. are you supposed to do anything else to open it???? or is this a Bug??

To get to the sacrificial altar?

Use the teleport painting to get inside the room.
Have an evil charecter walk across the shadow to open the outside door.
Now have someone go back to the lightening machine and throw a bolt or two. Make sure the mirror up North is angled right.
Send in someone with evesion into the altar room.

It doesn't have to be an evil character.

Yeah, sure.
Walk your pally across it and watch him get his butt kicked. The beating is worth a few extra healing potions atleast.
I almost always have an Evil charecter so this part is easy for me.
