something from the vaults, i revived an old mm3-save game from the depths of my hdd and i´d like to finish the game. only one problem: i wasted all my gold in that exp-fountain of fountain head and all the castles/dungeons/spots are cleared. the whole game is finished, except for the last parts of fire island and my party still could gain 5-6 levels if they´d still have the appropriate funds. which they don´t *g*

does any of you guys have the hex-addresses at hand to play with the party gold?

haha, and I thought I was the only one who hex edits save game files.

I have it for Might and Magic 1 and 2, but I'm not sure if it is the same for 3.

only for the money, the char stats usually remain untouched ;) well, it´d be nice if you could post the mm1 and 2 addresses, i could give a try on 3 then. thanks!

In the roster.dta file, i think its the 4 "0000"s directly after your current HP but before the repetition of your stats (mgt, int, per, etc.)

Took really messy notes on it, I'm still trying to find a copy that I had "refined."
