Can anyone please tell me where all of the possible strongholds that you can get are? i wanna see if i can get more that one. my character is a lawful evil, female mage named Ladonna and i want a really cool stronghold. and can you get ppl to come to your place to serve you?

and how come everyone else gets to have a cool pic beside their username? it says i'm a o level watcher, how do i "gain" levels?

Thief: Getīs the thief quarters in the docks.
Clerics: Getīs a position in a temple.
Paladins: Getīs a position in the hall of the radiant heart.
Fighters: Getīs Deīarnise keep.
Bards: Getīs the Five Flagons inn at the bridge.
Druids: Getīs the druid grove.
Mages: Getīs the Planar Sphere in the slums.

These ARE all the classes - right?? :p

what stuff can you do with your "place"? do you get apprentices? anything interesting?

Order of the Radiant Heart decks out your Paladin with wicked equipment, especially since you have to get THE sword to finish the stronghold quest. de'Arnise Keep and Five Flagons both generate weekly incomes. As for the rest, I haven't played those classes yet.

In the mages stronghold you get some apprentices. You are going to tell them to make some items for you or something like that...

How do strongholds work for multi- and dual-classed characters? Does, say, a fighter mage get the sphere and the keep, or just one?

It is said that you can have more then one stronghold so multi-class characters can have to (maybe three)

And when you dual-class you can only have the stronghold of your current class.

When I was playing a dual-classed Kensai-Mage I got the Mage and Fighter stronghold
So it's possible to get more then one stronghold when dual-classed

It is possible - yes - untill you install a patch.

That is bug.

Hmm...I've never played as a Ranger, but I really want to. What sort of quests do you have to do in their stronghold?

Oh yeah, I may sound like an idiot for saying this but, is there any hack or editor or anything to make an evil ranger? Or even a neutral ranger? I wanted to use one in my evil party.

like paladin, rangers are supposed to be righteously good, if you fall to evil you will lose your special ability.

The ranger quests are to resolve problems in the woods around the cabin for the mayor of the town- a cave full of monsters here, a ruin with monsters there. You don't want TOO much of a spoiler do you? :) Also a differentiating feature is that you get the "stronghold bonus" (my terminology) up front all at once as a pile of gifts instead of ongoing income the way you do with some of the other strongholds. Depending on your temperament this might make the ranger stronghold boring after you've done the 3 or so new quests it introduces. On the other hand, it's a fairly easy stronghold to win, unlike (say) the planar sphere so you can get it very early in the game. It's nice to have a good place to leave stuff you know you'll need later.

so dose your main character have to be a druid to get the druid grove

actually.. a M/C or D/C can only pick one stronghold, by right...

as for those mage apprentices, they dont always die.. if you figure out how to keep them alive.. one will stay to make you nice trinkets..
