Spinning off the oldest appliances topic i will ask you for your oldest books or just old books which something special.
My oldest book is from 1838 a walking guide thru the fields surounding Vienna (the descripted charming meadows are now mid-urban concrete deserts).
Other books worth mentioing are a car driving schoolbook from 1931 with detailed descriptions of the *modern* plate-spring chassis, a home-medicine guide from 1908 with many strange healing technics and some historical atlases with hand drawn front-lines of WW1 out of the heritage of a teacher who was a time witness.
