Of the ones I have read Servant of the Shard is outstanding. This book is lightyears better than the other books "about" Drizzt.

"Passage to Dawn" and the first of the Moonshea Trilogy (or was it Quartet?) were the best, worst, and only ones I read. After getting a taste of the books, I thought it'd probably be better to stick with Baldur's Gate II.

1. Servant of the Shard - the obvious resons
2. Homeland - Zak! Zak! Zak!

Those are the best. Others, well, I can't really rate.

Servant of the Shard, Starless night, Silent Blade, and maybe Homeland. All from Salvatore, all about Drizzt, Artemis & co.

Hmm.. there was a FR book I read ages ago that was pretty good. Murder in Halrua or something to that effect. :)

My favourites are the Drizzt books (all 13 or 14 of them to date), the Cormyr Saga, the Empires Trilogy (great Ghenghis Khan idea), the Moonshae Trilogy (I think there were 6 books in this series, but my local library only has the first 3 [I'm only 16, and I only got into FR about 3 years ago which's why I don't have the others]). The Double Diamond Triangle Saga was interesting (9 books less than 100 pages each) and the Counsellors and Kings is decent (though I would have preferred another author). The rest of the books (I have almost 50 in all) I have and have read are also good.
