It's getting quite tiring, to be honest. Since the very beginning, it looks like there's going to be something between him and Cattie-Brie. Then Wulfgar chimes in but Drizzt still keeps having "thoughts". Enter Alustriel. The two almost start fighting over Drizzt one day, no matter Wulfgar. Then Wulfgar finds Delly Curtie and gets married. Then she dies in one book. Innovindil gets some nookie when it looks like Cattie's dead. Cattie keeps talking with Wulfgar. Then Drizzt finds out Cattie isn't actually dead. My head is going to explode. How do you place your bets, if the whole thing is ever going to find a solution?

Really though, I think Wulfgar is going to be single for a long while, and will raise his kid. The next book, he might lose it again and go for Cattie, but that would be from losing Delly and maybe falling back in to the drink. I hope that doesn't happen, though.
As for Innovindil, I don't think she'll try anything with Drizzt, just out of respect, for him and Tarathiel. Cattie-Brie might grow suspicious, though.

Well, perhaps Drizzt continues to be the lone ranger? That's actually a great possibility. Drizzt has moral strugles over Cattie, and that she shall live a lot more short life. Also, i think he respects Tarathiel too much to do anything with Innovindil...

Or this 'Delly' person will mysteriously rise from the dead like every other character in those books (I'm yet to read this series though ... maybe I won't get around to it, but yeah.)

Meh, why not make it a PROPER soap opera and throw in some Catti/Entreri=? Or better yet, ressurrect Zqknafein and have him fall for her! :D

Or, in the flavor of all new T.V. shows, have some Innovindil-Catti action.
