This is one of the best books I have ever read, and I thought it deserved a mention to anyone who likes a mind-boggling read. This book is one of a kind, and will confuse you until the final pages unless you're more intelligent than me (Alas, not that difficult.)

If you haven't read it, I strongly suggest it as it's wonderfully written, and completely compulsive.

Could you provide a synopsis please? What it's about and stuff.

I'm about to finish Barker's Weaveworld and it's actually pretty good. It's nowhere near as good as his Children's book "Thief of Always" but it's way better than "Abarat" imo.
