1. Wrong forum, topic moved.
2. You haven't read the Forum rules ( http://www.sorcerers.net/ubb/rules.htm ) upon registration like you were asked.
No lame "l33t" spelling, not even partial like: "I am about 2 run off 2 the hills 2 see him." or "What do u get if u just take his body 2 the wizards?"
Everyone trying to make sense out of such stupid sentences will need twice as long as if you had written "2" as two and "u" as you; the spelling normal people use. You aren't allowed to write like that anywhere else, and public forums are no exception. Not only is it annoying and hard to read, but also makes you look like an idiot since (hopefully) you are the only one in the thread doing it.

Off topic: I don't know how it is in your country Tal, but in the UK it is reported that 'SMS' speak is now finding its way into examination paper replies. We're all doomed!
As for new spells, it is possible but not for the faint hearted as it involves editing the spells.2da file. If you don't know what you are doing you can wreck your game!

Any teacher that allows that should be tarred and feathered. Just my humble opinion.

I suppose it could be possible with some work, and packing with a Hak-Pak? This would be editing only existing ones however.
I've got no idea how to do it.

Yes, it is doable, but certainly not easy. You're going to need some knowledge of how to use hex editors, as there are utilities out there to make this easier. As Erran said, you'll have to edit the spells.2da file, plus you'll have to give your modified version to anyone that downloads the module. There are no guides available for editing NWN data files, so I honestly wouldn't bother.
