Hello.
I have a Ftr1/Clr7 PC being hunted by a Rog15.
It is a low XP persistant World. I'm having issues with this guy. He keeps ambushing me and getting in reall good damage before running away to try it again...
I need some strategy advice....
whats the best way to take this guy out?

I can't imagine that you could beat a rogue at lvl. 15 with your lvl.. You're just too weak, I would really level up, even if it's hard, later you shoud kill him easely with "true sight". So you only need two cleric levels more.

Glymph of Warnings ... set some around you and wait for him to come. When one hits, summon the most powerful creature you can (undead or animal), and let them engage while you back off cast Hold Person then fire with your ranged weapon.

If that doesn't work ... make some friends! Another PC your level would even the score.

I had a bounty on my head in a low xp peristent world. I solved it by making some friends and not going out in public without them.

Make friends whenever you can. If you make friends with higher level characters, even better! Try doing favors for others, healing, carrying, etc.

Or, see if you can raise the cash to hire an assassin to hunt him down and slay him.

Another option is to just not play when that character / player is logged on the server.
