hey ive been lookign for somethign where i can make an item for my char but i havent been able to find anyhting if anyone know any plz tell the where to get it at

You already have it; the toolset that came with your game allows you to make your own items.

there any tuts for it i just now learned kinda how to make a lvl but not to make new things

There's a whole load of stuff here: http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/NWN/index_toolset.htm I imagine Section 1 will have something to help you.

BTW to do stuff with Toolset you really dont need any tutorials. Its extremely easy, especialy so making items.
If items are lvl-restricted though, is dependant on the server you're playing on.

There are some great video tuts Here (http://nwvault.ign.com/index2.shtml) which are not on SP I think. Try them; they are really good for the beginner.
