To teach fact-finding skills, professors at the University of Minnesota have turned the fantasy computer game Neverwinter Nights into a tool for journalism students. Instead of slaying monsters and gathering gold, the players tackle sources and gather information.

This is funny!
It's also quite good. Now we can justifiy our gaming by claiming that "it's not a game, it's a tool for dealing with real-life problems. Take this journalism training tool for example..."

Hahaha. :D I can't believe this. The modern town graphics would be interesting though. I always fancied the idea of going back in time, but never had the time to make/find the graphics. I gotta mail 'em and ask to post it to NWVault. :D

hehe...just wait till the journalists try fulfilling your sidekick quests
