View Full Version : Knights of Sorcerer's Place...
Sir Belisarius Mon, 12th Aug '02, 3:18pm I've noticed a lot more "Sirs" on the boards these days...It started innocently enough with Sir Yerril, but it has blossomed to a full blown contingent now!!! Sirs everywhere I look! Well, stop hiding and show yourselves!!!
Post here, and be listed as one of the greatest legions of knighthood in all the cyberrealms, Sorcerers Place! Can you tell I'm bored today?
~Sir Belisarius
Ragusa Mon, 12th Aug '02, 3:21pm I'm as knightly as a pally-rogue lover can be, oh well, as a rogue probably more nightly anyway,
Eternal Halfling Paladin at your service
Rastor Mon, 12th Aug '02, 4:01pm Thanks for posting this thread. Now my kind can see who we're up against.
<-Abishai, a type of devil.
Mollusken Mon, 12th Aug '02, 4:15pm It seems like I used to be a barbarian hero from the north. It wasn't my fault the Burial Isle was cursed :p .
Big B Mon, 12th Aug '02, 4:41pm I'm just waiting for a Sir Sarles to show up.
SlimShogun Mon, 12th Aug '02, 5:00pm Originally, my name on these boards was gonna be Sir Slim, but I decided against it.
P.S. I *hated* EPII
Mathetais Mon, 12th Aug '02, 5:17pm I know that in RL I'm a cleric, but in games, I'm a Paladin through and through. Ever since the Unearthed Arcana brought the paladin (as a sub-class of Cavalier) to life, I've been hooked.
I considered the names:
Sir Cumfrance
Sir Prise
or
Sir Vival
when I registered, but chose Mathetais instead (mostly so that I can get offended everytime a school kid screams "I HATE MATH!"
:good:
Lady Jellybee Mon, 12th Aug '02, 5:27pm Ooh, better say 'I hate arithmetic' instead, eh? I love the stuff, though I'm a bit rusty. :heh:
ON TOPIC: Suppose I could change my name to Lady Jellybee, or do you have to be a guy to get in?
Sir Belisarius Mon, 12th Aug '02, 5:59pm Gals are ALWAYS welcome!!! I was mostly looking for the folks with "sir" in their ID to post...But this is turning out to be more fun!
By the way...one more post till 1700! WhooHoo!
Lady Jellybee Mon, 12th Aug '02, 6:35pm POST! POST! POST!
I've been dubbed 'Lady' Jellybee now! Do I... belong now?
Aziraphale Mon, 12th Aug '02, 7:17pm Any room for a fire-sword wielding angel?
:flaming:
8people Mon, 12th Aug '02, 8:58pm I take it that 'parts' of the username can't be used as 'sir' or 'lady'?
Don't ask... believe me you don't want to know
Though some usernames of mine include Lady Dreamer, Sir Anmin and King Meharry (Nobody will get that one, lets just call it an anogram :) )
Jack Funk Mon, 12th Aug '02, 9:17pm Sir Funk. I like it! :)
Master of Nuhn Mon, 12th Aug '02, 11:08pm Sir of Nuhn? Naaah! I prefer to be the Master of Ranger/Clerics. Also quite noble, good aligned, but Half Elf.
I was wondering when Sir Cumsize and Sir Cumstanch would show up...
Lady Jellybee Mon, 12th Aug '02, 11:18pm lmao @ Nuhn!
Alex Tue, 13th Aug '02, 4:39am w00t.
This is much better!
Yerril Tue, 13th Aug '02, 10:02pm Hiyooooooo!
Greetings loyal fans!
SlimShogun Tue, 13th Aug '02, 10:25pm Greetings, frightening-smilie using Sir!
Deathmage Wed, 14th Aug '02, 3:37am Sir Deathmage!
Chevalier Mal Fet Wed, 14th Aug '02, 4:39am Well, my full title would be Sol'Kanar the swamp king. Guess that makes me opposition, as it has a decidedly evil ring to it.
TimeLord Wed, 14th Aug '02, 7:14am Sir Timelord? A bit over the top dont you think? Had some thougths about using my other nick
Sir Abyss but I didn´t. Sir Abyss...Sounds lika a fallen Palladin to me. :D
vonGriffin Wed, 14th Aug '02, 9:06am Sir Longdick :D
Baldak Oakfist Wed, 14th Aug '02, 11:48am I have noticed that there are only three members that have posted on this thread that have a Sir or Lady in their title. Perhaps a Ranger could join as a token scout.
vonGriffin, you should save that title for the porno sites. It does not really belong here.

8people Wed, 14th Aug '02, 9:26pm Lady 8people doesn't sound good :shake:
maybe I'll change it to one of the the eight people?
Errol Fri, 16th Aug '02, 5:16pm Hmmm....bard's are considered jack-of-all trades right? (No ref. to JoA-T btw), so could I join as an honorary Sir Goph? I mean, you need someone to take all the fruit thrown when entering the big-evil-land-of-pallie-haters?!
Tiamat Fri, 16th Aug '02, 5:41pm Can Angels join? If not, you can put me on a pedestal ;)
Padeen Dragonblade Sat, 17th Aug '02, 6:16pm I'm a knight of the purest kind.
Serena Lynx Sun, 18th Aug '02, 2:27am Hmm, Lady Lynx- doesn't sound that bad...
nah.
DragonRider SkyWard Sun, 18th Aug '02, 2:51am This topic is kind'a off the wall but I'm just going to put my two cents in...
My name is orginal so :p
Stefanina Sun, 18th Aug '02, 3:22am Well, in the SCA I am Lady Stefanina da Lucca, but I rarely use the title. When I hear it, someone's usually trying to get me in trouble!
Sick curtaiN Sun, 18th Aug '02, 10:41am Sir sick curtain...
I don't this will strike fear any evil doers that hear my name.Although ,It probably will whip interior decorators into a hell of a frenzy!

Register Sun, 18th Aug '02, 12:17pm Sir Retil Kave or Trukon - my home made country from the Realms
Blue Sun, 18th Aug '02, 1:12pm Hmmm... could Lady Blue be a title - or perhaps the Lady in blue - or The Blue Lady.... sounds like a ghost in a haunted house... but Lady Blue doesn't sound that bad - and she is good through and through - she's currently being a paladin in NVN... would you allow her to be knighted? (or whatever it's called when it's a woman... )
(Wanted to insert some Blue Lady smileys here, but they are all so sad or strange... oh well...)
.
:whoa:  :thumb:  :rolling: :( :shake:
Mesmero Sun, 18th Aug '02, 2:15pm Sir Silverblade? Probably not. I have no place with you knights. Although I fight for the good cause, my place is in the wilderness. To serve and protect it, like a true ranger.
Lazy Bonzo Sun, 18th Aug '02, 2:21pm Sir Lazy Bonzo?
Sir Bonzo?
Sir Zar?
Sir Idiot!
I volunteer to be the fool!
Yerril Sun, 18th Aug '02, 6:01pm Lazy Bonzo, you can be the camp comic knight who sings the song at the end of the movie.
Headbanger Sun, 18th Aug '02, 9:13pm So is mine. Silverblade, we dutch rangers will kick some paladin ass! ;)
SlimShogun Mon, 19th Aug '02, 1:20am *cough* Dutch rangers suck American paladins rule *cough*

Gothmog• Tue, 20th Aug '02, 11:15pm Gothmog - Lord of the Balrogs   .(middle-earth though)
Lords counts right?
deBhaal Wed, 21st Aug '02, 4:31am Any room for a Chaotic Evil person who hasnt a clue how me managed to become such? :)
Tiamat Wed, 21st Aug '02, 3:16pm Please, no discrimination. I'm betting there are a lot of Dutch paladins and American rangers.... Hey, whatever path brings one to righteousness :p
Sir Belisarius Wed, 21st Aug '02, 4:39pm I'm just amazed this silly thread I posted has made it to 43 posts!!!! :spin:
Yerril Thu, 29th Aug '02, 12:49pm All this post is really is a mindless worship of the original Sir - ME!
Ragusa Thu, 29th Aug '02, 12:52pm Just count the number of real quality spam in this thread and you'll see that there aren't much more than 5 to 6 noble spammers in this forum, a pity :D
TheBlackRose Thu, 29th Aug '02, 2:04pm Count me in as a Knight of the Black Rose; heck, that was my original username idea.
8people Thu, 29th Aug '02, 9:42pm Perhaps I could be Lady of the Eight or something
Sir Thomas
Sir Murphey
Lady Hannah
Sir Anmin
Lady Dolina
Lady Trinatay
Sir Tristan
Lady Charlotte
Nah - I'll just stick with 8people
Shura Sun, 1st Sep '02, 3:33am LOL at Slim Shogun...
:D
Any old posters still remember Shura the paladin-bane?
I pulled a Pearl Harbor once in some guy's knightly topic...
Shura, the slayer of light, scourge of champions and destroyer of heroes!!!
At least I can spell better than... coughPadeencough...thepaladincough...
LOL made a typo error!
