Looks like I had my own April Fools joke this morning, I wonder if it's payback for this thread :confused: Drunken stupid me went to bed last night with a candle lit in my computer room (don't ask why I had a candle lit, you all know ;) ) sorvo woke Sorvess and I up this morning barking like a maniac. Sorvess opened the door, looked down the hall and said "Oh My God Rod, The Candle Is On Fire!" :jawdrop: She ran down to the kitchen and grabbed the fire extinguisher, as I ran into the room and grabbed that firey beast from hell! Now I have a huge mess to clean up, but at least I still have my house :) AND NO, This isn't another April Fools joke :(

But nothing beates the April's Fool on Nationstates. They erased all nation populations to 5 million(the basic) and for people like me, who have played for almost a year or more, with 1.417 billion citizens, that really scares the **** out of you. I was so close at leaving that website permamently until I found out what had happened.

Eh, I passed out before getting hold of my computer after uni classes yesterday, so I had no opportunity to see the nationstates one. Well, my current population is over 1.9 billion, so 5 million would be quite a hit.

Sorvo, you got me. I though it could be a joke, but owing to the state of my head, I was incapable of realising the April Fool day had been yesterday. Oh my, this hangover took me 5 hours to cure because I didn't drink anything after the alcohol around 6 pm yesterday. Advice to all uncorrupted people: don't start drinking. Or leave it if you can. I'm seriously considering switching to abstinence, or at least giving up on booze. That was probably the life's April Fool joke on me: I drank less than a third of what I used to be able to absorb without much effect. And it served me a doom. Don't drink, for your own good. Really, I mean it.
