If you have a problem with a loan, I suggest you consider your alternatives, make a visit to the bank for arrangements, and think a bit how much you would make by selling all your possessions. You know, if you became a citizen of a non-EU/US country for something like 10 years, you may return after that with the debts gone. ;)
Of course, why you would want to return at all is a question, especially if you still would need to complete your military service...

I think the best one to blame on these boards is Chev. You can't blame Tal because if he looses his temper with you you're banned but Chev on the other hand is a part of the SP staff and is still not a moderator. In short he's a perfect target for all kinds of blame. :p
On a more serious note I assume that something has gone bad in your life since you seem a bit frustrated. I would recommend to stay out of the drink though, drinking when you're feeling bad is a terrible idea. I know that from expirience.

I think you're doing way too much blaming as it is, so there's no need for anyone to add anything to it.
You're not likely to get any really useful advice here without revealing much more information about yourself or your situation, but that wouldn't be a good idea to do publicly, so I'm closing this thread down. If anyone has any suggesstions for kuemper or would like to help, please use PM or e-mail.
