I figure we can nominate for anyone on the SP staff, and in that vein I'd like to nominate Morgan Freeman as Taluntain. He always does so well as a authority figure you can respect. He even managed to play God well.

In most movies I have seen of the lad, Tom Hanks plays a regular guy (nevermind the interesting stories). In Saving Private Ryan he is just a teacher. In The Green Mile he is a normal jailer. In Sleepless in Seattle he isn't much of an extra-ordinairy person either.
He could play me. I have seen too few movies to think of many actors, though.
